  • A dairy-free holiday match-a made in heaven! I seriously think that this coconut holiday nog is better than traditional eggnog. Add a kick of matcha and this is πŸ’―% my new favourite holiday tradition πŸŽ„. To make my holiday nog matcha latte 🍡 combine:
- 1 tsp of matcha powder
- 2 to 3 tsp of hot water
- 1 cup of steamed holiday nog

  • Mmmm chocolate. 🍫 Dark chocolate in particular has some great health benefits. It’s high in antioxidants and several beneficial minerals. Just be sure to buy high-quality dark chocolate that’s at least 70% cocoa (I prefer 80% and up) and not full of added goodies like caramel that can be hiding a whole whack inflation causing sugar. I find that keeping the cocoa content high also helps me to not over indulge. Just one or two pieces of rich organic dark chocolate makes a perfect treat!
