  • Mmmm chocolate. 🍫 Dark chocolate in particular has some great health benefits. It’s high in antioxidants and several beneficial minerals. Just be sure to buy high-quality dark chocolate that’s at least 70% cocoa (I prefer 80% and up) and not full of added goodies like caramel that can be hiding a whole whack inflation causing sugar. I find that keeping the cocoa content high also helps me to not over indulge.
